  • Our permit data is all public data compiled from counties across the United States. Coze strives to make permit data useful and informative for homeowners across the country.

    Our home value estimates come from a third-party. The estimates incorporate public information, MLS data and market trends. They are not an appraisal and can’t be used in place of an appraisal.

  • There are many providers of home value estimates, so you may see different valuations from different sources. Our home value estimates come from a third-party.   • Coze currently excludes building permits on your property. We will be adding this section soon.

  • Our home value estimates don’t cover multi-unit properties or mobile homes. In some cases, we may have trouble matching your address to our database of home values.

  • Coze will update your home value every 45 days.

  • Coze displays building permits from the 10 closest properties - up to 50 permits.

  • We filter out some building permits to ensure only the most relevant ones are shown.

  • We provide you the data reported to the local county. In certain cases, the job value may not be available or may be recorded as $0.

  • Coze currently only supports one property per user.
